General Manager – Daniel McLoughlan
Daniel has over 15 years experience in Project Management in the Environmental and Civil Construction sectors. Daniel has extensive experience in delivering and maintaining quality assurance systems, maintaining a high level of Occupational Health and Safety, and Staff management and performance development.
Daniel now holds a range of pest plant and animal control licences, such as ACUP with 1080 endorsement, Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management, and has completed his Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control. Daniel also has a current Commercial Operators License (COL).
Operations Manager – Tom McLoughlan Jnr
Tom has spent over ten years in the Industrial logistics and mining sectors in on-ground, supervision, and management roles. Tom has extensive experience in Project Management, Quality Assurance and Control, and Operations Management.
Tom currently holds a range of pest plant and animal control licences, such as ACUP with 1080 endorsement, Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management, and has completed his Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control. Tom also has a current Commercial Operators License (COL).
Project Coordinator – Tom McLoughlan Snr
Tom Senior’s experience in the rural and environmental industry dates back 40 years. Raised on a family farm and working in the industry since he left school, Tom has since built a sound knowledge of good environmental practices, having designed and constructed fences of various types in a wide range of environments.
Tom also designed and perfected our custom, dual tyne, bi directional rippers that are fitted to our telescopic handlers. The “v” shape build of these rippers allows the operator to protect trees and other environmentally/culturally sensitive areas, while still achieving maximum warren destruction.
HR Manager – Melanie Wood
Melanie has over five years’ experience in HR and 10 years’ experience in payroll and finance management. With a professional history in generalist HR roles, Melanie has a sound knowledge of human resources management including; the development of policies and procedures, workplace health and safety, interpretation of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, recruitment and induction, management and implementation of HR/Payroll systems, HR reporting and statistics, and all aspects of employee relations management.
Operations Coordinator – Celeste Walsh
Celeste has more than ten years’ experience in executive administration and project coordination positions, working for multinational companies. Celeste has a Bachelor of Business (Management), and has been trained in multiple positions for crisis management response teams. With most of her professional career in the oil and gas industry, Celeste has extensive logistics and crew coordination experience, and a thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
Celeste has successfully managed teams located throughout Australasia, including guiding the implementation of new systems and processes. Celeste also has extensive event management experience.
Project Supervisor, Electrical & Vegetation – Greg Woodburn
(Safety, Quality and Environment Representative)
Greg specialises in safety and compliance, and has extensive experience in vegetation management for power assets. Greg has completed Certificate IV in both Occupational Health and Safety, and Arboriculture, and Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control. Greg is well versed in the identification and treatment of woody weeds eg. gorse and blackberry, and has extensive operating experience with specialised vegetation management machinery.
Leading Hand – Nick Milne
Nick has a diverse background encompassing supervision of teams, supply chain management and extensive heavy machinery experience. Nick has a keen interest in the environmental sector, particularly in the method and application of low impact practices. Having a predominately field based career, Nick is committed to safety and ensures crews are working safely. Nick currently holds an ACUP, and has also completed his Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control.
Landcare Facilitator – Sue Pretty
Sue commenced with TMC enviro in 2018 as the Landcare Facilitator of the South East Mallee and Eastern Mallee Landcare group consortiums, comprising of 13 groups in total. Sue has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biological Resource Management), Graduate Diploma in Land Rehabilitation and over twenty years working in the field of Natural Resource Management in Australia, Lao PDR and the Philippines. Sue has extensive local experience in soils, native vegetation, and wildlife management, and has recently completed a Masters in Development Communication.
