TMC enviro offers a range of specialised environmental and agricultural contracting services including; Vegetation Management, Hazardous tree removal and trimming, Roadside and Rail trimming and removal works, local council amenity tree works, Pest Plant and Animal Control, Environmental Consulting, Contract Fencing, Civil Construction, Ground Works and Plant & Labour Hire.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Arborist to complete projects within the Central and North Western regions of Victoria. 


Dependent upon skills and qualifications, you be required to operate 5-20 tonne excavators, Skid steer loaders, 18XP Bandit -36” 400HP whole tree woodchippers, 16m-23m EWP’s, and driving trucks from 8 tonne rigid tipper’s to heavy combination.


Successful candidates will preferably have the qualifications and experience to work across multiple roles and projects as required. 


Travel and working away will be required up to 5 days per week.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and certificates;

  • Current Drivers Licence / Heavy Vehicle Licence

  • White Card (Occupational Health & Safety Induction card)

  • Road Traffic Management

  • ACUP / Chem Cert

  • Provide First Aid

  • Advanced chainsaw operation and tree felling

  • Certificate III in Arboriculture desirable but experience in industry is essential


Suitable candidates for this role will have the following skills and experience;

  • Previous experience in vegetation management projects

  • Ability to operate machinery

  • Ability to work productively in a team environment

  • Fit and energetic with a good work ethic

  • Demonstrated track record of working safely

  • Previous leadership experience will be an advantage
