HIGHLY EXPERIENCED STAFF

TMC enviro currently employ 28 full time, part time and casual personnel.
Training requirements are managed by determining the required outcomes of current and prospective work; individual progression and development; and business succession planning. TMC enviro are committed to the training and development of all employees to ensure we continue to provide a consistent, professional, engaged, multi-skilled workforce for all current and future projects. We recognise and enhance a high-performance culture that supports individual and organisational development.
A full listing of staff qualifications and licencing can be provided upon request, detailing relevant training such as ACUP, Traffic Management, and Basic Wildfire Awareness.

TOM MCLOUGHLAN JNR

Managing Director

Tom Junior has spent over ten years in the Industrial logistics and mining sectors in on-ground, supervision, and management roles. Tom has extensive experience in Project Management, Quality Assurance and Control, and Operations Management.
Tom holds a range of pest plant and animal control licences, such as Commercial Operator Licence, and ACUP with 1080 endorsement, and has completed his Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management, along with Certificate II in ESI - Powerline Vegetation Control.

GREG WOODBURN

Project Supervisor - Vegetation

Greg specialises in safety and compliance and has extensive experience in vegetation management for power assets. Greg has completed Certificate IV in both Occupational Health and Safety, and Arboriculture, and Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control. Greg is well versed in the identification and treatment of woody weeds eg. gorse and blackberry and has extensive operating experience with specialised vegetation management machinery.

NICK MILNE

Project Supervisor - Environmental

Nick has a diverse background encompassing supervision of teams, supply chain management and extensive heavy machinery experience. Nick has a keen interest in the environmental sector, particularly in the method and application of low impact practices. Having a predominately field-based career, Nick is committed to safety and ensures crews are working safely. Nick currently holds an ACUP with 1080 endorsement, and has also completed his Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control.

TOM MCLOUGHLAN SENIOR

Project Quality Coordinator

Tom Senior’s experience in the rural and environmental industry dates back 40 years. Raised on a family farm and working in the industry since he left school, Tom has since built a sound knowledge of good environmental practices, having designed and constructed fences of various types in a wide range of environments.
Tom also designed and perfected our custom, dual tyne, bi directional rippers that are fitted to our telescopic handlers.  The “v” shape build of these rippers allows the operator to protect trees and other environmentally/culturally sensitive areas, while still achieving maximum warren destruction.

CELESTE MCLOUGHLAN

Corporate Services Manager

Celeste has more than ten years’ experience in executive administration and project coordination positions, working for multinational companies. Celeste has a Bachelor of Business (Management), and has been trained in multiple positions for crisis management response teams. With the beginning of her professional career in the oil and gas industry, Celeste has extensive logistics and crew coordination experience, and a thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
Celeste has successfully managed teams located throughout Australasia, including guiding the implementation of new systems and processes. Celeste also has extensive event management experience.
